(‘ Troy ‘ or the ‘ Company ‘ ) (CSE: TROY; OTCQB: TROYF; FSE: VJ3) announces a private placement financing of up to 4,166,666 flow-through common shares (the ‘ Shares ‘) of the Company at a price of $0.24 per Share for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000 (the ‘ Offering ‘).
Proceeds of the Offering will be used towards advancing the Company’s current mineral projects. Closing is expected to occur on or about December 24, 2024.
